Environmental projects and habitat restoration – think of it as spending a few hours gardening in your backyard.

As a resident of the North Bay, you enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery in the US. Our environmental projects give you the opportunity to enjoy that scenery while helping preserve it. Build trails, monitor wildlife or plant native shrubs, among other things. All ages are welcome. Check our volunteer calendar, or find out more about the projects that interest you:

Tutoring – donate your brain.

Help corpsmembers with reading, writing, math and English language skills. The contribution of your time and experience will make a huge difference in the lives of these hard-working, motivated young adults. As an academic mentor, you can help individuals to acquire communication skills necessary for success in the workplace and to earn a high school diploma. Learn more.

Leadership opportunities – get REALLY involved.

If you've been itching for a way to make a real impact, volunteering to serve on CCNB's Board of Directors will bring you great satisfaction. Find out more about volunteering as a board member.

Outreach and marketing – start spreading the news.

Serve as our ambassador to Marin and Sonoma Counties at a variety of venues. Help build and support CCNB's overall public relationship campaign. Network for a good cause. Learn more.

Administration – office skills wanted.

Use your creative, organizational and computer skills for a good cause. Provide periodic or one-time volunteer support in administration. No current openings. Apply for future positions.
