Reason corpsmember was selected: Ryan has improved himself as not only a corpsmember, but as a student so much in the past 3 months. Now he has great attendance, work ethic and is always willing to help however he can. According to his teachers, he has made great strides in the last few months as well.
Leadership roles at CCNB: At this point, Ryan is the top pick to be Safety Officer for the crew soon because the current Safety Officer will be moving on. Ryan has earned the opportunity and his supervisor feels that he will excel given the chance to prove himself.
Skills training received at CCNB: Chainsaw, brush cutter, fence building, trail maintenance, polesaw, rock wall, etc.
Favorite project: Healdsberg Ridge
Favorite educational component: English with Madeleine
Favorite aspect of working at CCNB: Ryan loves doing this kind of work.

Why they joined CCNB: It seemed like a great idea.
