Reason corpsmember was selected: Excellent role model, positive attitude, made great improvements, outstanding education performance
Leadership roles at CCNB: Assistant Crew Leader of Marin City crew, just selected as Assistant Crew Leader of Crew 4
Favorite project: Rockwall at Fort Baker. He enjoyed this because of how great the transformation was. Also, the amazing views of the Bay!
Favorite educational component: Getting his high school diplomas. Got his GED. Math is his favorite subject.
Favorite aspect of working at CCNB: Knowing we are making a difference and that the work we do will be there for years and years.
What did Corpsmember do before joining CCNB? Construction and salesperson
Why they joined CCNB: He needed his high school diploma.
Future plans: Go to college and study agriculture and architecture
How CCNB has changed their life: I now care about the environment and recycle and don't litter. Also, I now have my GED.
Life lessons learned: If we don't change and keep treating earth the way we do then we will drive ourselves into extinction.
Advice for young people: Just do it and stick to it!
Most important thing learned: To be a team player and to be on time. Also to just work hard regardless it it's raining or you're sick or hurt. You need to work.
