Sponsorship opportunities – mentor, inspire and get things done.
Summer service days – two days that can change lives.
With our local parks and recreation departments forced to cut their youth programs, and so many families strapped for cash this year, free summer youth programs like Conservation Corps North Bay’s Project ReGeneration are more important than ever.
This year, Conservation Corps North Bay hopes your organization will join us as a sponsor of Project ReGeneration’s Summer Service Days. Through your generous support, this innovative program will give 140 sixth to ninth grade students, many of whom are from underserved communities, the opportunity to complete important community and environmental service projects, participate in innovative teambuilding and outdoor recreation activities, work with local communities, resource management agencies, and other nonprofit partners to reduce the North Bay’s environmental footprint, and receive a Learn & Serve educational award of $500..
In addition to supporting our youth and environment, Summer Service Days will provide your organization with a valuable employee teambuilding and community relations experience. In recognition of your support, we are delighted to offer your organization these promotional benefits. Help us keep this program free by sponsoring Project ReGeneration youth!
On July 16 and August 13, each Project ReGeneration session culminates in a Summer Service Days community-wide event. Last year hundreds of volunteers from a variety of local businesses and organizations worked alongside Project ReGeneration youth to complete important habitat restoration, trail maintenance, community garden, and cleanup projects throughout the North Bay. These amazing two days of environmentally-focused community service provide a valuable way for youth, local residents, and businesses to give back to their community while protecting our outstanding parklands and open space areas.
Since its launch in 1999, Project ReGeneration has helped more than 700 youth gain strong work and environmental ethics, self-confidence, and leadership skills while having the best time of their lives! The total cost of the program is $233,000. You can help us reach our goal of raising $75,000 in sponsorships towards Project ReGeneration and other invaluable Conservation Corps North Bay programs.
